教育目標 Course Target

(1) 使學生熟悉藥物開發過程中所應用的生物分析化學方法
(2) 使學生瞭解藥物開發過程中所應用的生物分析化學之原理
(3) 引導學生探討生物分析化學及其應用。
(4) 使學生瞭解生物分析化學之應用、未來發展及就業市場。
(5) 與生物科技相關的生活科技產業將是本世紀最重要的產業之一。此產業之研究、開發與生產的工作,將需要兼具生物化學分析知識、生物醫學基礎與產業製造技術三者專長的人才。本學程以提供目前基本分析化學與生物學領域的知識,而相關的技術發展及新的應用亦會詳細說明,期待提供有興趣的學子ㄧ個良好認識此產業及技術的入口。預期效益: 學生將獲得以基礎的生物科技知識而進一步了解生物科技產品的實質內容

(5) Life science and technology industries related to biotechnology will be one of the most important industries in this century. The research, development and production of this industry will require talents with expertise in biochemical analysis knowledge, biomedical basics and industry manufacturing technology. This course provides knowledge in the field of basic analytical chemistry and biology, and related technical developments and new applications will also be explained in detail. We look forward to providing an interesting student with a good understanding of this industry and technology. Expected benefits: Students will gain basic biotechnology knowledge and further understand the actual content of biotechnology products

課程概述 Course Description

“化學生物學”是運用化學的方法去解決生物的課題。“化學生物學”的課程將介紹生物體中基本的生物分子,包括:蛋白質、脂質、醣類、及核酸。由於這些生物分子在許多生物體中扮演重要的角色,因此,將介紹生物分子的結構及功能。此外,亦將探討生物有機化學及其應用。

"Chemical Biology" is a use of chemistry to solve the problem of biology. The "Chemical Biology" course will introduce basic biological molecules in organisms, including: protein, lipid, sugar, and nucleic acids. Since these biomolecules play an important role in many organisms, the structure and function of biomolecules will be introduced. In addition, biological organic chemistry and its applications will also be explored.
