政府施政的良窳或成敗,均須透過績效衡量的基本面向來進行測度,其並牽涉到策略目標與議題之分析、規劃與選擇,以及後續如何進行績效評估的程序。本課程目標在於,提供績效管理理論與公務機關的實際作法,以使同學們學習與瞭解政府組織績效相關決策的思考與意涵,並建立績效管理整體性觀念。此外,經由實務案例的補充說明,使同學們體會理論在實務上的運用。The quality or success of government governance must be measured through the basic aspects of performance measurement, which involves the analysis, planning and selection of strategic goals and issues, as well as the subsequent procedures for conducting performance evaluation. The goal of this course is to provide performance management theory and practical practices of public agencies, so that students can learn and understand the thinking and implications of government organization performance-related decisions, and establish a holistic concept of performance management. In addition, through supplementary explanations of practical cases, students can experience the application of theory in practice.
