伴隨非營利組織與事業的蓬勃發展，績效管理議題便愈發重要。不僅是組織內部管理的關鍵事務，更是組織外部治理的首要之務。本課程開設於第三部門碩士在職專班，目的是希望增進學生們對非營利組織績效管理理論實務與國際趨勢的認識，更強調臺灣非營利機構績效管理實務的問題分析與創新變革。With the vigorous development of non-profit organizations and businesses, performance management issues become increasingly important. It is not only a key task for internal management of the organization, but also the primary task of external governance of the organization. This course is organized in the third part of the Masters' Professional Course. The purpose is to enhance students' understanding of the theoretical practices of non-profit organization performance management and international trends, and to emphasize the problem analysis and innovation changes of Taiwan's non-profit organization performance management practices.
