伴隨非營利組織與事業的蓬勃發展，績效管理議題便愈發重要。不僅是組織內部管理的關鍵事務，更是組織外部治理的首要之務。本課程開設於第三部門碩士在職專班，目的是希望增進學生們對非營利組織績效管理理論實務與國際趨勢的認識，更強調臺灣非營利機構績效管理實務的問題分析與創新變革。With the vigorous development of non-profit organizations and businesses, performance management issues have become increasingly important. It is not only a key matter of internal management of the organization, but also the top priority of external governance of the organization. This course is offered in the in-service master's class of the third department. The purpose is to enhance students' understanding of the theory, practice and international trends of performance management of non-profit organizations. It also emphasizes the problem analysis and innovative changes of the performance management practice of Taiwan's non-profit organizations.
