教育目標 Course Target

所謂績效評估,是指運用數理統計、運籌學原理和特定指標體系,對照統一的標準,按照一定的程式,通過定量定性對比分析,對項目一定經營期間的經營效益和經營者業績做出客觀、公正和準確的綜合評判。
績效評估(performance appraisal),又稱績效評價、員工考核績效評估是一種正式的員工評估制度,它是通過系統的方法、原理來評定和測量員工在職務上的工作行為和工作成果。績效評估是企業管理者與員工之間的一項管理溝通活動。績效評估的結果可以直接影響到薪酬調整、獎金發放及職務升降等諸多員工的切身利益。

The so-called performance evaluation refers to the use of mathematical statistics, operating principles and specific indicator systems, and in accordance with a certain program, through quantitative qualitative comparison analysis, to make a comprehensive evaluation of the business benefits and operator performance during a certain period of operation of the project.
Performance appraisal, also known as performance appraisal and employee assessment performance appraisal, is a formal employee evaluation system. It evaluates and measures employees' work behaviors and work results through systematic methods and principles. Performance evaluation is a management communication activity between enterprise managers and employees. The results of performance evaluation can directly affect the vital interests of multiple employees, including salary adjustment, bonus payment and job promotion.
