本課程介紹國家法II，關於憲法基本權理論。This course introduces National Law II, which concerns the basic rights theory of sympathy.
先瞭解中華民國憲法的發生背景、意義及其在法律上的地位，再認識什麼是「法律母法」。
First understand the background, meaning and legal status of the Republic of China law, and then understand what the "legal mother law" is.
