本課程之教學目的，在於檢討國家公權力與人權保障間之關係，進而了解憲法保障人權之意義與價値。課程主要內容是以憲法之人權保障為主題，探討法治國家人權保障的基本構造。除憲法保障人權之基本知識外，並配合對於人權相關事件或問題之個案解析，培養學生以憲法之角度思考人權保障的問題。本學期之課程重心，將放在檢討司法院大法官各號解釋之人權保障理論。
The purpose of this course is to examine the relationship between national public rights and human rights protection, and then understand the meaning and price of protecting human rights by law. The main content of the course is to protect the human rights of the law, and explore the basic structure of the human rights of the country ruled by law. In addition to the basic knowledge of protecting human rights by law, and cooperate with the analysis of cases related to human rights related events or problems, students should be trained to think about the problems of human rights protection from the perspective of law. The focus of the course in this period will be on reviewing the theory of human rights protection explained by the Judicial Court’s General Justice.
