本課程可使學生經由對古典短篇小說的閱讀，讓學生感受文學的力量，了解人類的文明發展、社會建構以及文化意識，接納老祖宗在火爐邊講述的古老故事，對宇宙誕生、生命由來、神祇信仰、祖先傳承、社會形成，以及人類愛、憎、癡、疑的情感作用有基本了解，面對人生旅途中的種種人性試煉，能提升「經驗值」或「戰鬥力」，打敗惡魔，維護真理，肯定生命的真實價值。This course allows students to read classical short stories, allowing students to feel the power of literature, understand the civilization development, social structure and cultural consciousness of human beings, accept the ancient stories told by ancestors on the fire, have a basic understanding of the birth of the universe, the origin of life, the faith of gods, the inheritance of ancestors, the formation of society, and the emotional effects of human love, hate, despise, and doubt. Facing the various human nature tests in the journey of life, it can improve "experience value" or "war power", fight devils, maintain the truth, and affirm the true value of life.
