實習報告實習報告 Actual Report	50	報告字數不計空格部分，若實際字數不足或格式不符規定，報告退回修正，並扣總分10分，須於一周內補交報告，遲交一日扣總分2分。報告內容有抄襲行為，則實習心得報告以0分計算。
