本課程內容重點偏重於法律系專業之公法體系說明，並將補充徳國威瑪憲法與戰後基本法與我國憲法相關之處。不同於一般通識課程之內容，亦非國考之法緒或法學概論之準備課程。建議有選修進法一憲法課程的同學如無週末時間上課困擾，請盡可能選修。而隔週週末時間上課有困擾無法正常前來上課的同學，則建議避免選修本課程。The content of this course focuses on the explanation of the public law system for law majors, and will supplement the relevance of the German Weimar Constitution and the post-war Basic Law to our country's constitution. It is different from the content of general general courses, and it is not a preparatory course for the national examination of law or introduction to law. It is recommended that students who want to take the Constitutional Law course as an elective should take it as much as possible if they have no problem attending classes on weekends. For students who have trouble attending classes every other weekend and are unable to come to class regularly, it is recommended that they avoid taking this course.
法學是社會生活的科學。人與人從事工商交易、成立家庭、養育子女、承繼遺產以及參與政府組織、享用公共資源、行使公民權利、擔負社會義務時，均會受到法律之規範。因此，可以說法律是我們日常公、私生活不可或缺之科學。本課程即介紹公、私生活所必要的法學知識。
Law is the science of social life. When people engage in industrial and commercial transactions, start a family, raise children, inherit inheritance, participate in government organizations, enjoy public resources, exercise civil rights, and assume social obligations, they will all be regulated by the law. Therefore, it can be said that law is an indispensable science in our daily public and private lives. This course introduces the legal knowledge necessary for public and private life.
