二、學會正反拍上旋抽球及步伐移位要領。
三、培養網球運動興趣及習慣。
1. Understand the origin, development and rules of netball.
2. Learn to draw the ball with the forward and backward stroke and move the pace.
3. Cultivate online sports interest and habits.
課程概述 Course Description
本課程主要是藉由有系統、循序漸進的網球教學，使學生習得網球運動的知識與技能，培養學生學習網球的興趣，增進其技能的提升，促進身心健康，達到終身運動的目的。其課程內容包括有：正反拍擊球、發球、截擊球、比賽以及競賽規則的介紹等。
This course mainly uses systematic and sequential online teaching to enable students to gain knowledge and skills in online sports, cultivate students' interest in learning online sports, improve their skills, promote physical and mental health, and achieve the purpose of final sports. The course includes: forward and back shots, ball hits, interceptions, competitions and introductions to competition rules, etc.
