教育目標 Course Target

一、激發學生學習羽球的興趣,並提高羽球技能。 二、發展身體綜合能力,規律運動的習慣。 三、瞭解羽球比賽規則,學會欣賞比賽。 四、社會規範行為的培養。1. Stimulate students’ interest in learning badminton and improve their badminton skills. 2. Develop comprehensive physical abilities and the habit of regular exercise. 3. Understand the rules of badminton and learn to appreciate the game. 4. Cultivation of socially normative behaviors.


課程概述 Course Description

本課程教學目的,教導學生正確羽球的認知,並學會羽球運動基本步伐、技巧與方法,教材內容設計從基本技巧到聯串整合,最終能下場參與競賽,享受比賽的樂趣,並建構屬於自己所擁有的認知與技能。 課程學習能輔以規則講授,講授相關的競賽規則,並且能執行裁判工作。並培養學生團隊的觀念,灌輸正確運動技巧避免運動傷害的產生,以及當運動傷害發生時候,如何處理與因應,避免造成更大傷害。 課程能依據學生的程度,設計適合的課程內容,符合多元目標、尊重學生個別差異。學習的過程中能灌輸正確有關體育運動的認知,瞭解健康的體適能的重要性及對人類生活的影響,並強化其心理建設,提升個人社會適應能力,以建立正確休閒生活習慣。
The teaching purpose of this course is to teach students a correct understanding of badminton, and to learn the basic steps, techniques and methods of badminton. The content of the teaching materials is designed from basic skills to series integration, so that students can finally participate in the competition, enjoy the fun of the game, and build their own Possessed knowledge and skills. Course learning can be supplemented by rules teaching, teaching relevant competition rules, and being able to perform refereeing work. It also cultivates students' team concept, instills correct sports techniques to avoid sports injuries, and how to handle and respond when sports injuries occur to avoid causing greater harm. The curriculum can design suitable course content based on the students' level, meet multiple goals, and respect the individual differences of students. During the learning process, students can be instilled with a correct understanding of sports, understand the importance of healthy physical fitness and its impact on human life, and strengthen their psychological construction, improve personal social adaptability, and establish correct leisure life habits.

10 單打完成場次為1場得1分。

30 出缺席、參與練習、比賽之情況。上課遲到30分鐘以上,記曠課1次。
