本課程教學目的,教導學生正確羽球的認知,並學會羽球運動基本步伐、技巧與方法,教材內容設計從基本技巧到聯串整合,最終能下場參與競賽,享受比賽的樂趣,並建構屬於自己所擁有的認知與技能。
課程學習能輔以規則講授,講授相關的競賽規則,並且能執行裁判工作。並培養學生團隊的觀念,灌輸正確運動技巧避免運動傷害的產生,以及當運動傷害發生時候,如何處理與因應,避免造成更大傷害。
課程能依據學生的程度,設計適合的課程內容,符合多元目標、尊重學生個別差異。學習的過程中能灌輸正確有關體育運動的認知,瞭解健康的體適能的重要性及對人類生活的影響,並強化其心理建設,提升個人社會適應能力,以建立正確休閒生活習慣。
The purpose of this course is to teach students the correct knowledge of badminton, and to learn the basic steps, skills and methods of badminton sports. The content design of the textbook is integrated from basic skills to linkages. Finally, you can participate in competitions, enjoy the fun of the competition, and build the knowledge and skills you have.
Course learning can teach according to rules, teach related competition rules, and perform referee work. And cultivate the concept of the student team, and implement correct sports skills to avoid the occurrence of sports injuries, and how to deal with and respond to the causes of sports injuries to avoid causing greater injuries.
The course can design appropriate course content based on the degree of students, meet diverse goals and respect students' differences. During the learning process, we can replenish correct knowledge of sports, understand the importance of healthy physical fitness and its impact on human life, and strengthen their psychological construction and improve personal social adaptability to establish correct leisure and life habits.
