高爾夫運動為一知易行難的運動。在每一次揮杆擊球過程中,生理上來講,由足、腰、脊髓、肩、手臂、頭部等所有之肌肉群必須相互配合,才能完成一次完美的揮杆。然而這些肌肉群之配合運動,受臨場之心理因素影響甚大,所以高爾夫運動剛入門時,必須要有正確的認知與擊球要領,循序漸進充分練習,方能奠定擊球成功之信心,兼在上課中需用各種方式來加強學生之心理建設。所以本課程球技與抗壓性之磨練同等重要。
Golf sports are easy to do and difficult to do. During each kicking and hitting the ball, physiologically speaking, all muscle groups such as the foot, waist, spinal cord, shoulders, arms, head and other parts must cooperate with each other to complete a perfect kick. However, the coordinated movement of these muscle groups is greatly affected by psychological factors in the scene. Therefore, when golf sports just enter the door, they must have correct understanding and ball-shooting, and practice in sequence and thoroughly to build confidence in the success of the ball. In addition, various methods are needed to strengthen students' psychological construction in the previous class. Therefore, ball skills in this course are equally important as pressure resistance exercise.
