高爾夫運動為一知易行難的運動。在每一次揮杆擊球過程中,生理上來講,由足、腰、脊髓、肩、手臂、頭部等所有之肌肉群必須相互配合,才能完成一次完美的揮杆。然而這些肌肉群之配合運動,受臨場之心理因素影響甚大,所以高爾夫運動剛入門時,必須要有正確的認知與擊球要領,循序漸進充分練習,方能奠定擊球成功之信心,兼在上課中需用各種方式來加強學生之心理建設。所以本課程球技與抗壓性之磨練同等重要。
Golf is a sport that is easier said than done. During every golf swing, physiologically speaking, all muscle groups including the feet, waist, spinal cord, shoulders, arms, head, etc. must cooperate with each other to complete a perfect golf swing. However, the coordinated movements of these muscle groups are greatly affected by psychological factors on the spot. Therefore, when you first get started in golf, you must have the correct understanding and batting essentials, and practice them step by step. Only then can you build the confidence to hit the ball successfully, and also take lessons. We need to use various methods to strengthen students' psychological construction. Therefore, the training of ball skills and pressure resistance are equally important in this course.
