桌球是一種面對面對抗性相當強且是速度與旋轉結合的運動，可依個人喜好或發展趨勢選擇直式（握筆式）及橫式（握手式）握拍法。以初學者而言，首先學習撞擊為主之反手推球、正手擊球（正手攻球）及正、反手結合技術之左推右攻並結合單步、併步之步法 ；教導單、雙打比賽規則，以比賽練習方式將現有技術應用於比賽中，加強接發球技術。進階課程則以摩擦為主之發旋轉球、搓球及弧圈球等技術。身體力量、動作的運用及重心轉移則需特別注重，以求質量的提升並能預防運動傷害。
Table tennis is a sport with strong face-to-face confrontation and a combination of speed and rotation. You can choose the straight (pen grip) or horizontal (handshake) grip according to personal preferences or development trends. For beginners, they must first learn the impact-based backhand push, forehand hitting (forehand attack) and the left push and right attack combining forehand and backhand techniques, combined with single step and side step footwork; instructional single , doubles competition rules, apply existing technology to the game in the form of competition practice, and strengthen serve-receiving skills. Advanced courses focus on friction-based techniques such as spinning, rubbing and looping. The use of body strength, movement and center of gravity transfer require special attention in order to improve quality and prevent sports injuries.
