教育目標 Course Target
透過暑期參與校內外實習，期使學生將平日所習課程知識與實際經驗互相參證，習得食品科技、食品生物技術或食品相關產業管理等之學識與相關技能。By participating in on-campus and off-campus internships during the summer, students can cross-check their daily course knowledge with practical experience, and acquire knowledge and related skills in food technology, food biotechnology or food-related industry management.

The purpose of the summer internship is to enable students from the Department of Food Science to cross-check their daily course knowledge and practical experience to achieve practical results.
