使學生將平日所學專業知識實際應用於牧場工作或實驗室工作中。Enable students to apply the professional knowledge they learn in daily life to ranch work or laboratory work.


課程概述 Course Description

暑期實習之目的為使食品科學系學生將平日所習課程知識與實際經驗互相參證,以收實效
The purpose of the summer internship is to enable students from the Department of Food Science to cross-check their daily course knowledge and practical experience to achieve practical results.


參考書目 Reference Books

乳牛、豬、家禽、梅花鹿、水鹿等現場飼養管理手冊。
On-site breeding and management manual for dairy cows, pigs, poultry, sika deer, sambar, etc.
