本課程以畜產系高年級為教學對象,為學年課程。希望已具備對禽畜生理、飼養、營養、繁殖、育種及畜產品加工等專業知識之同學,能將其綜合而成為經營一連貫性的畜牧事業。主要內容包括近年來畜牧產業新知,推行政策(CAS、產銷履歷、有機畜產品),各種估測經營規模之指標、畜禽生產管理指標、牧場規劃與財務管控,畜產原物料收購與產品銷售通路、品質與銷售管理,以及畜牧產業自動化、動物用藥與疫病防治(人畜獸共同傳染病、天敵、生物恐怕攻擊)等。 This course is targeted at senior students in the Department of Animal Husbandry and is an academic year course. It is hoped that students who already have professional knowledge on livestock physiology, feeding, nutrition, reproduction, breeding and livestock product processing can integrate them into a coherent livestock husbandry business. The main contents include new knowledge of the livestock industry in recent years, promotion policies (CAS, production and sales history, organic livestock products), various indicators for estimating business scale, livestock and poultry production management indicators, pasture planning and financial control, livestock raw material acquisition and product sales channels , quality and sales management, as well as livestock industry automation, animal medication and disease prevention and control (common infectious diseases between humans and animals, natural enemies, biological attacks), etc.
