教育目標 Course Target
使學生對化學的基本原理和規律有一定的認識。課程中將引入生活上實際觀察到的現象，讓學生能運用化學原理提出解釋並解決問題。本課程為基礎課程，為日後進階課程之基石，透過課程教授希望能讓學生奠定基礎化學知識與技能，了解化學與畜產之關聯。
Enable students to have a certain understanding of the basic principles and laws of chemistry. The course will introduce practically observed phenomena in life, allowing students to use the principles of chemistry to propose explanations and solve problems. This course is a basic course and is the cornerstone of future advanced courses. Through the course professor, we hope that students can lay the foundational knowledge and skills of chemistry and understand the relationship between chemistry and animal life.

介紹化學基本原理及概念，以期為高年級化學及物理、生命科學、工程等領域相關課程做基礎準備。
Introduce the basic principles and concepts of chemistry, in order to prepare for advanced chemistry and related courses in physics, life sciences, engineering and other fields.
