透過講授及個案討論，使學生清楚了解「企業」與「企業管理」的範疇、職能活動及企業運作模式(Business Model)，並能用自己的詞彙定義及解釋企業管理之重要概念及理論。同時藉由個案討論，探討實務上企業的經營管理模式。透過小組討論及個案報告，促進同學實際應用企業管理的知識於小組運作，同時學習團隊合作模式。Through lectures and case discussions, students can clearly understand the scope, performance activities and business model of "enterprise" and "enterprise management", and can use their own words to define and explain the important concepts and theories of enterprise management.
