透過講授及個案討論，使學生清楚了解「企業」與「企業管理」的範疇、職能活動及企業運作模式(Business Model)，並能用自己的詞彙定義及解釋企業管理之重要概念及理論。同時藉由個案討論，探討實務上企業的經營管理模式。透過小組討論及個案報告，促進同學實際應用企業管理的知識於小組運作，同時學習團隊合作模式。

Through lectures and case discussions, students will have a clear understanding of the scope of "enterprise" and "enterprise management", functional activities and business operation models (Business Model), and be able to use their own vocabulary to define and explain important concepts and theories of business management. At the same time, through case discussions, the practical business management model of enterprises is discussed. Through group discussions and case reports, students are encouraged to apply business management knowledge to group operations while learning teamwork models.

課程內容主要為現代企業經營管理之基本概念、企業內在環境及外在環境分析，並針對企業功能及管理功能詳加說明，包括由規劃、組織、領導、控制之內容。並分別針對生產管理、行銷管理、人力資源管理、企業發展及財務管理等議題提出簡要的說明及討論。

The course content mainly covers the basic concepts of modern enterprise management, analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise, and detailed explanations of enterprise functions and management functions, including planning, organization, leadership, and control. And brief explanations and discussions were given on production management, marketing management, human resources management, enterprise development and financial management and other issues.

林建煌著,企業概論,(2013 第3版),華泰文化,此書中除了包括企業管理的基本概念及知識，且每章皆有實際的個案,可以供學生閱讀，以學習個案分析技巧。不同於翻譯的書籍，此書中有較多台灣本土案例，使學生更了解在台灣的企業經營模式。

Lin Jianhuang, Introduction to Enterprise, (2013 3rd edition), Huatai Culture, this book not only includes the basic concepts and knowledge of enterprise management, but also has actual cases in each chapter, which can be read by students to learn case analysis skills. Different from translated books, this book contains many local cases in Taiwan, allowing students to better understand the business model in Taiwan.
