本課程的教學目標是讓同學們擁有多元化的專業知識，對外匯市場、國際收支與國際貨幣制度、國際收支調整理論和均衡匯率決定理論等主要國際金融的內容有基本的認知，具備分析工商時報、經濟日報和專業商業期刊的國際金融訊息的基本能力，深化同學們的國際觀。

The teaching goal of this course is to enable students to possess diversified professional knowledge, have a basic understanding of major international financial content such as the foreign exchange market, the balance of payments and the international monetary system, the balance of payments adjustment theory, and the equilibrium exchange rate determination theory, and have the basic ability to analyze international financial information from the Business Times, Economic Daily and professional business journals, and deepen the students' international outlook.

本課程教學目的乃對於開放經濟體系，提供總體經濟理論的進階分析及模型延伸，尤其在總體經濟政策的效果分析及涵義上。並對整體世界經濟體系，互相依存的國際金融制度沿革及發展，外匯市場、國際收支的調節理論均為主題。主要內容包括：國際收支帳的介紹，各種匯率體制的發展及優劣比較，國際金融體制現況與變革，開放型總體經濟模型的建立、運作與架構，總體經濟政策效果分析，國際經濟景氣的傳輸與互動的探討，國際收支與匯率動態調節過程的理論。

The teaching purpose of this course is to provide advanced analysis and model extension of overall economic theory for open economic systems, especially in the analysis and implications of the effects of overall economic policies. The overall world economic system, the evolution and development of the interdependent international financial system, the foreign exchange market, and the adjustment theory of the balance of payments are all topics. The main contents include: introduction to the international balance of payments, the development and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of various exchange rate systems, the current situation and changes of the international financial system, the establishment, operation and structure of the open overall economic model, analysis of the overall economic policy effects, discussion of the transmission and interaction of the international economic boom, and the theory of the dynamic adjustment process of the international balance of payments and exchange rates.
