1. Understand the correct way to practice volleyball skills. 2. Learn the basic volleyball skills.
3. Be able to actively participate in group activities and cultivate interactive interpersonal relationships. 4. Understand and prevent volleyball sports injuries.
4. Able to use leisure time to engage in various sports habits.
