教育目標 Course Target
本課程為排球進階課程，透過初級排球課程奠定的基本技術能力，聯結二個或三個以上的動作，經由2-3人的組合動作達到綜合運用的能力，另搭配扣球、舉球、攔網與接發球動作學習，排球觀念與規則的了解，能增進排球之技術水準及比賽能力，學會團隊合作精神，養成運動習慣，維持良好之體適能。
This course is an advanced volleyball course. Through the basic technical skills established in the elementary volleyball course, two or more actions are connected to achieve comprehensive application capabilities through the combined actions of 2-3 people. It is also combined with the learning of spiking, lifting, blocking and receiving. The understanding of volleyball concepts and rules can improve the technical level and competition ability of volleyball, learn the spirit of teamwork, develop exercise habits, and maintain good physical fitness.
