教育目標 Course Target
本課程為排球進階課程，透過初級排球課程奠定基本技術能力，聯結二個或三個以上的動作，經由2-3人的組合動作達到綜合運用的能力，另搭配扣球、舉球、攔網與接發球動作學習、排球裁判演練，提升對排球觀念與規則的了解，增進排球之技術水準及比賽能力，學會團隊合作精神，養成運動習慣，維持良好之體適能。
This course is an advanced volleyball course. It lays down basic technical skills through elementary volleyball courses, connects two or more movements, and achieves comprehensive application capabilities through the combined movements of 2-3 people. It is also combined with the learning of spiking, lifting, blocking and receiving, and volleyball referee drills to enhance the understanding of volleyball concepts and rules, enhance the technical level and competition ability of volleyball, learn the spirit of teamwork, develop exercise habits, and maintain good physical fitness.
