The history courses that Taiwanese students have learned in high schools in the past are always more serious, rigid, and memorized, and not understanding, which makes many students look forward to the subject of history, and even reject students. This course hopes that through the lectures and the assistance of various textbooks, students can see the fun, vitality and lively of history, and understand the meaning behind historical phenomena and their relationship with the current human society. This course is mainly divided into two stages. The first stage is to outline the development of Chinese history, use the 21st century perspective to re-understand the students' understanding of the plot of history, and give them a more in-depth understanding of the major historical aspects. The second stage is a topic-based remark, hoping that students from non-history departments can have a further understanding of the current popular historical topics, such as nationalism, the 100th anniversary of the 1911, traditional national operations, and the separation of the two sides of the sea straits.
