教育目標 Course Target
讓學生以化學的基礎，瞭解生物體新陳代謝詳細的過程及其調控,以作為學習營養學、酵素學、食品微生物學和生物技術等生命科學的基礎。
Let students understand the detailed process and regulation of biological new sciences based on chemistry, so as to learn life sciences such as nutrition, enzymes, food microbiology and biological technology.

本課程主要對於主修工程之化工系所學生介紹基本生物化學觀念，以及其應用。
This course mainly introduces basic biochemistry concepts and their applications for students from the Department of Chemical Engineering, which majors in engineering.
