本課程介紹民法中重要的概念與法律規範，尤其是廣為行政法所引用的法理，如信賴保護原則、總則篇中關於法律行為無效的問題、債權偏中的契約履行責任之問題、無因管理與不當得利的觀念等，除了讓同學可以處理日常生活中可能發生的私法問題外，亦可以打下未來學習行政法之基礎。此外，本課程將以實例方式教授上述民法基本原則及概念，使學生能從實際案例中，學會法律解決問題的方式。This course introduces important concepts and legal norms in civil law, especially the legal principles widely cited in administrative law, such as the principle of trust protection, the issue of invalidity of legal acts in the General Provisions, the issue of contract performance liability in the middle of creditor's rights, and the issue of liability without cause. The concepts of management and unjust enrichment not only allow students to deal with private law issues that may occur in daily life, but also lay the foundation for studying administrative law in the future. In addition, this course will teach the above basic principles and concepts of civil law through examples, so that students can learn how to solve problems legally from actual cases.
