教育目標 Course Target
本課程除了講授社會生活中常見之各種法律關係之外，並甫以相關案例說明，讓同學了解各種法律關係中產生之權利與義務，以避免因不知相關規定而負擔責任，並能積極的主張民法上所保護的各項權利。
In addition to teaching various legal relations commonly seen in social life, this course also uses relevant cases to explain them to students understand the rights and obligations arising from various legal relations, so as to avoid liability due to ignoring relevant regulations and to actively prosecute the rights protected by civil law.

民法教科書，著者不拘。
六法全書（須有現行民法規定）。
最高法院相關決議、判決或判例。
司法院相關解釋。
The authors of civil law teaching and science books are not restricted.
The complete book of the Six Laws (there must be provisions of the current civil law).
Related decisions, judgments or jurisprudences of the Supreme Court.
The Judicial Court explained it in a related manner.
