民法主要規範社會生活中的財產及身分法律關係，我們日常生活中絕大多數的事務，都無法避免的會適用到這些法規。也因為如此，民法已成為現代人所不可或缺的基本知識。希望藉由的本課程體系性的講解介紹，讓同學對現行民法規範能有宏觀之認識，除有助於相關國家考試之準備外，亦能避免因不知相關規定而負擔責任，且更能積極主張爭取民法所保護的各項權利。Civil law mainly regulates the legal relations of property and status in social life.
