商業上的法律風險是從事任何商業行為之前所不容忽視，本課程希望對過商事法律之體系介紹，使同學們具有商事法基本法律知識，並透過法院判決之分析與討論，使同學具有評估商業行為法律風險之能力。

The legal risks in business are not to be ignored before any commercial behavior. This course hopes to introduce the system of commercial law so that students can have basic legal knowledge of commercial law, and through analysis and discussions of court decisions, so that students can have the ability to evaluate the legal risks of commercial behavior.

一般所稱商事法包含公司法、海商法、保險法、及票據法等法律。上述四項法律與各種商業行為習習相關，尤其在國際貿易或國際企業經營中，上述法律更是各項商業行為的基本規範。本課程即以前述四項法律為討論內容，希望透過具體案例的討論，讓同學對規範商事行為的法律，有概括、基礎的瞭解。

Generally, commercial law includes laws such as company law, maritime law, insurance law, and billing law. The above four laws are related to various business activities, especially in international trade or international enterprise operations. The above laws are the basic regulations of various business activities. This course is the discussion content of the four previous laws. We hope that through discussions on specific cases, we can give students a general and basic understanding of the laws governing commercial conduct.
