商事法是規範商業相關事務的法律，內容包括公司法、票據法、海商法及保險法，與各類型經濟生活息息相關，其重要性可見一斑。本課程除講解商事法各種法律關係外，亦甫以相關案例說明，期能強化學習效果，更能讓同學了解各種商事法律關係中產生之權利與義務，以避免因不知相關規定而負擔法律責任，並能積極的主張商事法所保護的各項權利。

Commercial law is the law that regulates business-related matters, including company law, bill law, maritime law and insurance law. It is closely related to various types of economic life, and its importance is evident. In addition to explaining various legal relationships in commercial law, this course also uses relevant cases to illustrate, hoping to strengthen the learning effect and allow students to understand the rights and obligations arising from various commercial legal relationships, so as to avoid legal liability due to ignorance of relevant regulations, and to actively assert various rights protected by commercial law.

一般所稱商事法包含公司法、海商法、保險法、及票據法等法律。上述四項法律與各種商業行為習習相關，尤其在國際貿易或國際企業經營中，上述法律更是各項商業行為的基本規範。本課程即以前述四項法律為討論內容，希望透過具體案例的討論，讓同學對規範商事行為的法律，有概括、基礎的瞭解。
