先略述基本法學及民法總則概念，作為修習商事法之預備。以公司法為主要架構輔以票據法及保險法，並將傳統之海商法以智財法取代，使學生有基本商事法學修養之外同時具有專利商標及著作權之應有觀念。啟發並鼓勵學生對商事法發生興趣，不僅灌輸商事法基本理論亦加強實例之研討，期使學生能學以致用。First, the concepts of basic jurisprudence and general principles of civil law are briefly introduced as a preparation for studying commercial law. With company law as the main structure, supplemented by negotiable instruments law and insurance law, the traditional maritime law is replaced by intellectual property law, so that students can have the proper concepts of patents, trademarks and copyrights in addition to basic commercial law training. To inspire and encourage students to become interested in commercial law, it not only inculcates the basic theories of commercial law but also strengthens the study of practical examples so that students can apply what they have learned.
商事法主要包括公司法、票據法、保險法以及海商法。日常生活中很多事務，都會適用到這些法規。藉由本課程啟發並鼓勵學生對商事法產生興趣。
Commercial law mainly includes company law, bill law, insurance law and maritime law. These laws and regulations apply to many matters in daily life. This course inspires and encourages students to become interested in commercial law.
