教育目標 Course Target
一、激發學生學習桌球的興趣與動機
二、瞭解桌球運動的各種攻防技術，及其運動的特殊性
三、熟練桌球基本動作
四、培養運動能力及運動精神、展現良好的社會倫理。
五、養成終身運動習慣
1. Stimulate students’ interest and motivation in learning table tennis
2. Understand the various offensive and defensive techniques of table tennis and the particularity of the sport
3. Proficiency in basic table tennis movements
4. Cultivate athletic ability and sportsmanship, and demonstrate good social ethics.
5. Develop lifelong exercise habits
