4429 - 大一體育:健康與樂活/功能性TRX訓練
教育目標 Course Target
本課程以TRX懸吊系統訓練為核心,結合藥球、壺鈴、雪橇車、繩梯與基礎場地移動訓練,建立學生對功能性訓練之正確認識與實作能力。課程內容著重於核心穩定、肌力耐力、身體控制、協調性、敏捷性與移動能力之培養,並透過循序漸進的教學安排,使學生學習正確動作模式、提升身體覺察,進而增進整體體適能與運動表現。
本課程亦強調運動安全、動作品質、自我監控與同儕合作,讓學生能將課堂所學應用於日常健康促進、體能訓練與個人運動習慣之建立,培養自主運動與終身學習之能力。
This course takes TRX suspension system training as the core, and combines medicine balls, kettlebells, sleds, rope ladders and basic field movement training to build students' correct understanding and practical ability of functional training. The content of the course focuses on the development of core stability, muscular endurance, body control, coordination, agility and mobility. Through step-by-step teaching arrangements, students can learn correct movement patterns and improve body awareness, thereby improving overall physical fitness and sports performance.
This course also emphasizes sports safety, movement quality, self-monitoring and peer cooperation, allowing students to apply what they learn in the classroom to daily health promotion, physical training and the establishment of personal exercise habits, and cultivate the ability to exercise independently and lifelong learning.
