This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the principles and practices of business management, covering key topics such as organizational behavior, leadership, strategy, human resources, marketing, and financial management. It also incorporates contemporary trends and challenges such as sustainability, digital transformation, AI integration, and diversity & inclusion. The course adopts a parallel approach of theory and practice.
