本課程旨在培養學生對氣候變遷、永續發展及企業環境治理之基本認識，使學生瞭解全球淨零排放趨勢下企業所面臨之挑戰與轉型需求，並建立綠色企業管理之基礎知識與實務能力。課程首先介紹國際氣候變遷因應歷程、溫室氣體與氣候變遷科學基礎，以及聯合國永續發展目標(SDGs)等重要永續議題，使學生瞭解全球永續發展與氣候治理之發展方向。

課程進一步介紹國際重要永續倡議與企業永續發展趨勢，包括企業社會責任(CSR)、環境、社會與公司治理(ESG)、永續揭露及企業淨零轉型等重要概念，協助學生理解企業在全球供應鏈與永續治理架構下所扮演之角色與責任。透過案例分析與議題討論，引導學生認識企業如何回應利害關係人需求，並將永續理念融入經營管理決策之中。

在企業碳管理實務方面，課程將介紹臺灣淨零轉型相關政策與法規、組織型溫室氣體盤查、產品碳足跡、再生能源與綠電等重要工具與制度，使學生瞭解企業如何量化與管理碳排放，並掌握國際供應鏈逐漸重視之碳管理要求。同時說明碳關稅、碳中和等重要機制之背景與影響，協助學生理解全球淨零趨勢對企業競爭力及國際貿易之影響。

課程後期將介紹循環經濟理念與資源循環策略，探討企業如何透過產品設計、資源效率提升、再利用及再循環等方式降低環境衝擊，並創造永續價值。透過期中及期末報告，培養學生蒐集資料、分析議題、團隊合作及簡報表達能力，使學生具備評估企業永續發展策略與淨零轉型方案之基礎能力，建立因應未來永續發展趨勢所需之知識與視野。

This course aims to cultivate students' basic understanding of climate change, sustainable development and corporate environmental governance, enable students to understand the challenges and transformation needs faced by enterprises under the global net-zero emission trend, and establish basic knowledge and practical capabilities in green enterprise management. The course first introduces the international climate change response process, the scientific basis of greenhouse gases and climate change, as well as important sustainability issues such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), so that students can understand the development direction of global sustainable development and climate governance.

The course further introduces important international sustainability initiatives and corporate sustainability development trends, including important concepts such as corporate social responsibility (CSR), environment, social and corporate governance (ESG), sustainable disclosure and corporate net-zero transformation, and helps students understand the role and responsibilities of companies in the global supply chain and sustainable governance structure. Through case analysis and topic discussions, students are guided to understand how companies respond to the needs of stakeholders and integrate sustainability concepts into business management decisions.

In terms of corporate carbon management practices, the course will introduce important tools and systems such as policies and regulations related to Taiwan's net-zero transformation, organizational greenhouse gas inventory, product carbon footprint, renewable energy and green electricity, so that students can understand how companies quantify and manage carbon emissions, and master the carbon management requirements that international supply chains are increasingly paying attention to. It also explains the background and impact of important mechanisms such as carbon tariffs and carbon neutrality, helping students understand the impact of the global net-zero trend on corporate competitiveness and international trade.

Later in the course, the concept of circular economy and resource recycling strategies will be introduced, and how companies can reduce environmental impact and create sustainable value through product design, resource efficiency improvement, reuse and recycling. Through mid-term and final reports, students will develop their ability to collect information, analyze issues, work in teams, and present presentations, so that students will have the basic ability to evaluate corporate sustainable development strategies and net-zero transformation plans, and establish the knowledge and vision required to respond to future sustainable development trends.
