教育目標 Course Target
透過介紹國際私法的觀念，使學生能培養面對涉外法律議題之能力及思維方式，並藉由學習涉外民事法律適用法，具備跨域應用法律的能力。
By introducing the concepts of private international law, students can develop their ability and way of thinking when facing foreign-related legal issues, and by learning the application of foreign-related civil laws, they can acquire the ability to apply law across domains.
課程概述 Course Description
本課程介紹有關涉外民事問題之解決辦法，除討論中國涉外民事問題之解決辦法外，並研究其他國家關於涉外問題之解決辦法。
This course introduces the solutions to foreign-related civil issues. In addition to discussing China's solutions to foreign-related civil issues, it also studies the solutions to foreign-related issues in other countries.
