教育目標 Course Target
隨著跨國企業在全球設廠、併購與市場擴張,人力資源早已不只是內部支援單位,而是能跨越國界流動、影響成本、風險與績效的重要策略資源。本課程以國際人力資源管理(International Human Resource Management, IHRM)為核心,結合教科書、國際期刊文獻與企業永續報告書,引導研究生深入分析企業在不同國家、制度與文化脈絡下,如何進行全球人才配置、派任、培育、績效、報酬與勞資管理決策。
1.從直覺管理邁向策略決策:在大學部階段,主要學習重點在於「是什麼(What)」,但在碩士班,要帶領學生深究「為什麼(Why)」。本課程旨在引導學生跳脫單一國家的管理框架,進入跨國企業(MNCs)的決策深水區。透過理論整合與策略評估,學生將學習如何在「全球一致性」與「在地回應性」的矛盾中,精準判斷人力資本的配置邏輯,培養具備高度策略判斷力的全球經理人視野。
2.深植 ESG 時代的人力資本治理力:面對全球永續經營趨勢,人資已不再是行政庶務,而是 ESG 治理的核心。本課程將帶領學生深入解構頂尖企業的《永續報告書(ESG Report)》,透過實證分析,訓練學生如何評估企業的人才培育、多元包容與勞權治理是否能轉化為真正的企業競爭力。
3.鍛鍊學術與實務交織的批判思維:研究生的核心價值在於「發現問題」與「建構架構」。本課程透過精讀國際期刊文獻,訓練學生以批判性視角審視經典理論在當代環境下的適用性。將學術研究轉化為實踐工具,讓學生在面對複雜的跨國併購或文化衝突時,能運用嚴謹的邏輯架構提出替代策略,而非僅憑經驗與直覺。
As multinational companies set up factories, merge and acquire, and expand markets around the world, human resources are no longer just internal support units, but important strategic resources that can flow across national borders and affect costs, risks, and performance. This course takes International Human Resource Management (IHRM) as the core and combines textbooks, international journals and corporate sustainability reports to guide graduate students to conduct in-depth analysis of how companies make global talent allocation, assignment, training, performance, compensation and labor management decisions in different countries, systems and cultural contexts.
1. From intuitive management to strategic decision-making: At the undergraduate level, the main focus of learning is "What", but in the master's class, students must be led to delve into "Why". This course aims to guide students out of the management framework of a single country and into the deep waters of decision-making in multinational corporations (MNCs). Through theoretical integration and strategic evaluation, students will learn how to accurately judge the allocation logic of human capital amid the contradiction between "global consistency" and "local responsiveness" and cultivate the vision of global managers with a high degree of strategic judgment.
2. Human capital governance deeply rooted in the ESG era: Facing the global sustainable management trend, human resources is no longer an administrative matter, but the core of ESG governance. This course will lead students to in-depth deconstruct the "Sustainability Report (ESG Report)" of top companies, and through empirical analysis, train students how to evaluate whether the company's talent cultivation, diversity inclusion and labor rights governance can be transformed into real corporate competitiveness.
3. Exercise critical thinking that interweaves academic and practical aspects: The core value of graduate students lies in "discovering problems" and "constructing structures." This course trains students to critically examine the applicability of classic theories in the contemporary environment through intensive reading of international journal literature. Transform academic research into practical tools, allowing students to use rigorous logical structures to propose alternative strategies when facing complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions or cultural conflicts, rather than just relying on experience and intuition.

The talent cultivation goal of the Department of International Trade is committed to cultivating talents with cross-field knowledge. Develop students' management, information and language skills, and guide students to maximize their potential in international careers. The purpose is to cultivate talents with "international outlook" and "expertise in multinational operations". Through the "International Human Resources Management Course", students can strengthen the professional functions required for their future employment in international companies or overseas employment as human resource management positions, or for further study in international human resource management-related graduate schools.
