教育目標 Course Target
一、學習並練習羽球基本擊球動作，能在課堂中安全、正確地運用。
二、透過課程活動發展基本體適能，提升協調、敏捷與反應能力。
三、培養規律運動的習慣，建立對運動的興趣與自我健康管理。
四、認識羽球基本規則與禮儀，能參與簡易比賽並學會欣賞運動。
1. Learn and practice the basic batting movements of badminton and be able to use them safely and correctly in the classroom.
2. Develop basic physical fitness and improve coordination, agility and response capabilities through course activities.
3. Cultivate the habit of regular exercise, build interest in exercise and self-health management.
4. Understand the basic rules and etiquette of badminton, be able to participate in simple games and learn to appreciate the sport.
