教育目標 Course Target
This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the principles and practices of business management, covering key topics such as organizational behavior, leadership, strategy, human resources, marketing, and financial management. It also incorporates contemporary trends and challenges such as sustainability, digital transformation, AI integration, and diversity & inclusion. Students will engage with both theory and real-world cases, enhancing critical thinking and communication skills while laying a strong foundation for advanced study or career development.
