本課程以民法債編第二章「各種之債」為內容，主要聚焦於買賣、租賃、承攬、保證等契約類型，詳細探討其相關概念與規則，輔以實例解說，分上下學期講授。
This course is based on Chapter 2 of Civil Law Debt, "Various Debts". It mainly focuses on contract types such as sales, leasing, undertaking, and guarantee. It discusses related concepts and rules in detail, supplemented by examples, and is taught in the first and second semesters.
