藉由研究主題的資料收集與報告、設計試驗、歸納與整理數據及論文寫作及發表，使學生在畜產與生物科技領域當中能具有專業表達與學術發表的能力。

Through data collection and reporting on research topics, design experiments, study and organize data, and essay writing and publication, students can have the ability to professionally express and publish in the fields of animal science and technology.
