Case Analysis of Biotechnology and Medical Law
教育目標 Course Target
讓學生了解與生技醫療相關的智慧財產權法與新興議題，能夠於研發過程中選擇透過不同方式來保護自己的技術；同時，也會帶入其他與生技醫療相關的法律，探討未來技術應用時可能會面臨的挑戰與限制。
Let students understand the intellectual property laws and emerging issues related to biotechnology and medical care, and be able to choose different ways to protect their technology during the research and development process. At the same time, other laws related to biotechnology and medical care will also be introduced to explore the challenges and limitations that may be faced in future technology applications.
