因氣候變遷及工業汙染,現今的畜牧現場或伴侶動物飼養過程中常會遇到許多原料或環境汙染問題,進而嚴重影響飼料營養價值和動物生長表現,且動物飼養過程中往往會造成許多廢棄物,因此只注意飼料或動物營養已無法滿足現今的畜牧界需求,本課程將統整探討動物飼養過程中常見的原料或環境毒物之毒性與解毒方法及廢棄物之永續利用之可能性。Due to climate change and industrial dyeing, many raw material or environmental dyeing problems are often encountered in the livestock scene or accompanying animal breeding process, which seriously affects the nutritional value of the feed and the animal growth performance, and it often causes problems during the animal breeding process. There are many wastes, so only attention to feed or animal nutrients cannot meet the needs of the current animal husbandry industry. This course will conduct a comprehensive exploration of the toxicity and detoxification methods of raw materials or environmental toxicants commonly seen in the animal breeding process and the possibility of permanent utilization of wastes.
