因應產業的日趨複雜，個人及事業常須藉由專案管理以達成任務，本課程將介紹專案/計畫(Project)的管理技能，並透個案例介紹專案管理的內涵；專案管理(Project Management, PM)課程內容包括PM所需領域知識(Domain Knowledge)及管理作業流程(Process)概念，同學可透過課堂講解、案例解說及參與討論，瞭解當代PM理論及應用實務。
