本課程為期十六週,涵蓋軟體工程與專案管理的核心理論、實務方法與工具應用,並融合當代大語言模型(LLMs)技術以提升開發與管理效率。課程前半段著重於軟體工程流程的全貌,從需求分析、系統設計、程式開發到測試與品質保證,逐步建立學生對軟體開發生命週期的理解;中段轉向專案管理核心,包括專案規劃、資源分配、風險控管與敏捷方法(如Scrum)實作,協助學生具備團隊協作與進度控制能力;後半段則聚焦於LLMs於軟體工程與專案管理中的應用,如AI輔助需求撰寫、程式碼生成、測試設計、任務追蹤與簡報文件產出,並透過團隊專題實作與成果發表,整合課程所學。學生將能實際體驗AI驅動下的新型軟體開發與管理模式,強化其技術力、組織力與未來就業競爭力。This course lasts for 16 weeks and covers the core theories, practical methods and tool applications of software engineering and project management, and integrates contemporary big language models (LLMs) technologies to improve development and management efficiency. The first half of the course focuses on the overall picture of the software engineering process, from demand analysis, system design, program development to testing and quality assurance, gradually establish students' understanding of the life cycle of software development; the middle section turns to the core of project management, including project planning, resource allocation, risk control and agile methods (such as Scrum) In practice, helps students to have team collaboration and progress control capabilities; the second half focuses on the application of LLMs in software engineering and project management, such as AI assists in demand writing, code generation, test design, task tracking and simplified document production, and integrates course learning through team topic implementation and results publication. Students will be able to actually experience the new software development and management model under AI drive, strengthening their technical, organizational and future career competition.
