教育目標 Course Target

桌球運動是一種全身運動,藉由對桌球之各種動作,以改善神經系統反應,訓練感官系統反應,訓練骨骼系統功能,並增強循環、哷吸、消化、內分泌等系統功能。達到促進身體健康,舒緩身心壓力之目的。同時藉此課程使同學更能瞭解桌球運動之樂趣與奧妙,從而提昇日後自我練習及比賽技術。
Table tennis is a kind of whole body movement, by the various activities of table tennis to improve the nervous system response, training sensory system response, training skeletal system function, and enhance the cycle, suction, digestion, endocrine and other system functions. To achieve the purpose of promoting physical health, soothing physical and mental stress.
