教育目標 Course Target
應⽤先前所學餐旅專業知識，應⽤於餐旅職場，培養學⽣專業能⼒，將理論與實務相結合，培養正確職場觀念，同時在完成橋接實習後能順利成為此間橋接企業之管理⼈才。
