教育目標 Course Target
本課程將教授大數據目前的於食品的應用，透過大數據分析技術，解決產業實務問題，並為企業帶來效益。課程首先介紹資料庫存取基本概念，結合數據整理分析技術，導入視覺化軟體，建置食品產業大數據分析平台，精準掌握產業經營關鍵資訊。
This course will teach the current application of big data in food, and use big data analysis technology to solve practical industrial problems and bring benefits to enterprises. The course first introduces the basic concepts of database access, combines data sorting and analysis technology, introduces visual software, builds a big data analysis platform for the food industry, and accurately grasps key information on industry operations.
