教育目標 Course Target

隨著全球對環境保護意識的提升,低碳永續管理已成為畜產品產業發展的關鍵。本課程將結合ESG(環境、社會與公司治理)概念與低碳管理策略,幫助學生了解如何在畜產品產業中實踐低碳與永續發展,並應對當前氣候變遷、能源危機與政治風險等挑戰。
課程將介紹ESG發展趨勢及其在畜產品產業中的應用,並探討如何透過永續報告書撰寫和資訊揭露來促進企業透明度,進一步理解台灣食品產業中的標竿企業如何整合ESG策略。學生將學習如何規劃並執行永續發展計劃,並掌握與低碳運營相關的關鍵概念,為未來進入畜產品產業打下堅實基礎。
另一方面,隨著巴黎氣候協定的生效,全球各國正積極尋求降低溫升的措施,致力於將全球氣溫增幅控制在1.5°C以內。課程將深入探討ISO 14064-1標準的改版及其對畜產品產業的影響,學習如何進行溫室氣體排放源識別、碳排放盤查與量化,並介紹碳足跡(Carbon Footprint)的相關議題。學生將學習如何進行碳排放優化與減碳策略設計,為未來在畜產品低碳管理領域的職業生涯奠定必要技能與應用。

As the global awareness of environmental protection increases, low-carbon sustainable management has become the key to the development of the livestock products industry. This course will combine ESG (environmental, social and corporate governance) concepts and low-carbon management strategies to help students understand how to implement low-carbon and sustainable development in the livestock products industry and cope with current challenges such as climate change, energy crisis and political risks.
The course will introduce ESG development trends and their application in the livestock products industry, and explore how to promote corporate transparency through sustainability report writing and information disclosure, and further understand how benchmark companies in Taiwan's food industry integrate ESG strategies. Students will learn how to plan and execute sustainable development plans and master key concepts related to low-carbon operations, laying a solid foundation for future entry into the livestock products industry.
On the other hand, as the Paris Climate Agreement comes into effect, countries around the world are actively seeking measures to reduce temperature rise and are committed to controlling the global temperature increase within 1.5°C. The course will delve into the revision of the ISO 14064-1 standard and its impact on the livestock products industry, learn how to identify greenhouse gas emission sources, inventory and quantify carbon emissions, and introduce issues related to Carbon Footprint. Students will learn how to optimize carbon emissions and design carbon reduction strategies, laying the necessary skills and applications for future careers in the field of low-carbon management of livestock products.
